In recent time, you will discover that many people now embrace our cultural heritage in odinala. People are making a comeback to traditions which is a good thing, after having been bamboozled with religion during colonisation in the long past.
But there is a problem. Looking very well, you will discover that most of these people that are coming back to tradition (ọdịnala) do have this mindset of making money. And not because they wanted to make peace with their personal forces, ancestors and ancestry spirits.
A lot of people come to the spirit forces just to have their heart desires granted without seeking to have a heart to heart connection with them.
This will never work. You will spend a lot of time, money and effort, yet see no results. And that is when many get frustrated and say the spiritualist scammed them. Not knowing that the condition of their heart messed things up for them.
The key to success in tradition is to ignore your needs and build a heart to heart connection first, and then watch out as things fall into place.
